Cannabliss Festival opens in SVG

THE 2025 CANABLISS Festival opened at Victoria Park, yesterday, Thursday, October 2, 2025, where it was noted that CannaSVG is the world’s leading medical grade cannabis manufacturer based in St Vincent &The Grenadines.

The opening marked the start of the Medicinal Cannabis Conference and a range of associated activities which run from October 2-5 mainly at the Victoria Park, and hosted by the Medicinal Cannabis Authority (MCA).The festival activities include exhibitions, conferences, tours to marijuana cultivations, a catamaran cruise, and a reggae concert.

Present on Thursday’s launch were Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Sustainable Development and Culture, Carlos James; Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Information Technology, Camillo Gonsalves; Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour, Saboto Caesar; and Prime Minister, Dr Ralph Gonsalves, who all spoke at Cannabliss Festival, at which a number of products from the marijuana plant were on display.
