‘Pressure’ a ‘hero’ for all – Clarence Roberts

THE FAMILY and friends of Kenroy ‘Pressure’ Phillips have lost a hero.

That is how Clarence Roberts described his late cousin in his eulogy. Roberts said he believed Phillips had a positive impact on all in the Clare Valley community.

“To our brothers, our families and our friends who are here, to me Kenroy was my hero and to many of you Kenroy was your hero as well. At such a difficult time it is important to remember the good memories we all have of Kenroy.”

Roberts said the dearest memories he holds of Phillips are from their younger days, playing and running around in the community.

Roberts urged those who were close to Phillips to remember the good times they shared together.
