FLOW launches its 2019 Christmas promotion

FLOW, through their Christmas promotion dubbed, “It only gets better with FLOW this Christmas”, is giving customers great deals on all the services they provide.

“We want customers to know we hear you and we appreciate you,” Commercial Manager at FLOW Maria DeGrads commented during the launch of the Christmas promotion which was held last Friday November 15 at FLOW’s Kingstown retail store.

DeGrads said that with the option of mobile portability, FLOW is encouraging persons to join the family. She said the promotion is rewarding persons who spend $25 or more while customers who purchase data packages will get double data (purchasing 10 Gb gives you 20 Gb of data). Handsets can be purchased for as low as $99, and free gifts will be given along with the handsets. There are also deals on Samsung handsets. DeGrads said all offers come with instant giveaways.

The promotion also gives post-paid customers unlimited talk on weekends.

Country Manager at FLOW Wayne Hull

“FLOW is the only LTE network that works,” commented DeGrads who also spoke about Internet, fixed line and cable television bundles that are offering discounts of up to 40% when persons sign up.
DeGrads revealed also that new customers who sign up for a fixed line will get a free cordless handset while persons who sign up for the “All in plus bundle” will get a free tablet. The FLOW Sports Pack is also free for all customers for the entire month of December.

DeGrads also announced that customers who pay their bill in full and on time can win vouchers for groceries and other items.

Senior Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager at FLOW Nikala Williams announced several other Christmas initiatives.

FLOW will hold Blue Friday on November 29 and Cyber Monday where they will be offering deals.

Williams said they will also have Nine Mornings celebrations at FLOW on Saturday December 21 and Tuesday December 24 where they will have parang music and cocoa tea among other goodies.
“Persons can come get breakfast, shop and go to work,” said Williams who also spoke about extended shopping hours on Saturdays up to 2 pm.

The store will also open on Sundays (4 pm to 8 pm) with activities for children and deals for the adults. The company will hold community caravans in Leeward and Windward and pop up shops on both sides of the island.

Williams said this is a way to spread Christmas cheer and so that people can have services they get in town in their communities. The pop-up shop dates will soon be announced while the caravan dates are November 30 and December 7.

Another event is the FLOW Sing and Shop initiative which is being led by Manager of Door to Door Sales Kimisha Horne.

This according to Williams, is all about keeping the Christmas carolling vibe going and will see the FLOW team going to communities and singing carols while doing giveaways.

“With FLOW Christmas only gets better,” said Williams while adding that instore customers can win hams, turkey, shopping vouchers for groceries, household items and $200 FLOW money along with other prizes.

Country Manager at FLOW Wayne Hull commented, “it is absolutely clear that our service is improving, and we are investing in this business and by extension we are investing in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.”

Hull said that 2019 has seen upgrades of Internet and cellular phone plans, 4000 customers porting from Digicel to FLOW and increased coverage among other things.

“FLOW promotions bring exceptional value to customers and what is fantastic is that all customers were taken into account, Internet, mobile, fix line and bundles will be giving back value to each customer and we are asking persons to sign on for instant gifts,” said Hull.

He also noted that FLOW’s handset pricing is exceptional while they will also be introducing new handsets to the market including the iPhone 11.

“A big part is zero your balance and get instant free prizes and sign up to bundles for instant prizes,” Hull stressed.

He is also asking customers to look out for their promenade and community events and the Country Manager’s day where they will give free gifts to every customer.

The Christmas Promotion runs until December 31.
