Park Hill farmer found dead in field

Roger Billingy, a Park Hill man, was reportedly shot dead on Monday, bringing this country’s homicide count to 13 so far for 2018.Reports are that Billingy, a 42-year-old farmer, was shot in Park Hill. His body was discovered around 9.30 a.m. in a plantain field. He was hit in the face by a single gunshot, which police say appears to have been fired from a low-calibre weapon.
