Man found dead in Coulls Hill; foul play not suspected

An elderly man has been found dead at Coulls Hill.

At 5:45 a.m. on December 31, the police at the Spring Village Police Station were alerted to a motionless body lying in the bus stop at the nearby village of Coulls Hill.

The police responded and discovered 67-year-old Arthur Joseph, an unemployed resident of Coulls Hill, lying in the said bus stop and appearing to be dead.

The District Medical Officer was summoned and Joseph was pronounced dead.

Police say foul play is not suspected in this incident. However, a post-mortem will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.(Police Public Relations)
