Star Garage appointed official distributor of Hino Motors

Hino Motors Ltd has announced that Star Garage Ltd has been appointed the official distributor of their products and services in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).

Hino Motors Ltd, commonly known as simply HINO, is a Japanese Motor company that specializes in commercial vehicles and various types of diesel engines, including trucks and buses, light commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles (commissioned from Toyota Motor Corporation), and spare parts. 

They are the leading producer of medium and heavy duty diesel trucks in Asia.

The company was founded in 1910 and began production of motor vehicles in 1917.  However, Hino focused on truck production after joining the Toyota group in 1967. Today Hino is now a major innovator in trucks and engines.

Star Garage is one of the oldest motorcar distributors in the English speaking Caribbean.   At present they are the authorized representatives of seven global brands. 

Star Garage has been in business since 1950.
