Massy Stores spread love through Valentine’s Day promotions

While some persons celebrated Valentine’s Day with the conventional chocolate and roses, seven shoppers who participated in the “From Massy Stores, with Love!” and the “Massy Proudest Couple Selfie” promotions were able to break away from the predictable this year.

The “From Massy Stores, with Love!” promotion allowed shoppers to be entered in a random draw when they spent EC$50 at any of the three branches of Massy Stores. Patrons who spent EC$50 or more and swiped their Massy Card were given an entry form to fill out, which had to be placed in a promotion box, along with their receipt before February 12, 2017.

Winning the grand prize in the “From Massy Stores, with Love!” promotion was Carina McQuilkin. The lucky woman won an all-inclusive (day and night) stay for two at the Mariners Hotel and French Verandah Restaurant.

First place winner Rodel Yearwood won an EC$300 grocery voucher, which was expected to be used for Yearwood to create a special dinner for the person she chose to spend Valentine’s Day with.

Ken Samuel was second and he won himself a couple’s massage, redeemable at Onyx Spa. In third place was Roslyn Maule, who received a wine basket and a rose.

Persons who participated in the Massy Stores’ Facebook promotion “Proudest Couple Selfie” won prizes related to the season of love by submitting a couple’s selfie photo to akene.keizer@massygroup.com.

Rayshawn Adams, the first place winner, won a lunch for two at Flow Wine Bar, while second placed Margarita Ells won a bottle of wine and a chocolate. Kamora Bynoe-Baptiste, in third place, won a Valentine’s Day gift basket.

The post with the most likes on the company’s Facebook page, MassyStoresSVG, won the competition.
