New executive to lead Police Welfare Association

The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force Police Welfare Association’s election has decided the board of executives of the senior, intermediate and the junior branches of the organization, for the year 2017.

The election took place on Monday 30, January, 2017, at the Central Police Station, Kingstown.

Various branch board representatives were selected and they will consist of sergeants, corporals and constables. The event was deemed a success and elected to the senior, intermediate and junior branches were Sgt Brenton Smith, Cpl Parnel Brown and PC Rodney Swift, respectively. The officers were all chosen by their peers.

The Police Welfare Association is an organizational body that assists in serving its members: namely, police officers, their families and dependants.
