Sunday nightâs showcase is a return of the open air concert which started six years ago, but did not take place last year, because of some unforeseen circumstances.{{more}}
Back in full force, chair of the Sion Hill Euphonium organization Warren Knights reiterated the need for the band âto say thanks to the community for its unwavering support.â
The much anticipated event gets going at 7 p.m., and Knights promises that the band will give a full repertoire of renditions in tune with the Christmas season.
He noted that the occasion will be used to showcase some of the junior band members who will be given an opportunity to play outdoors, other than at the Junior Panorama.
The Sion Hill Euphonium is the reigning Senior Panorama champions, having captured the title for the seventh time in eight years, during this yearâs Vincy Mas celebrations.(RT)
