6.2 earthquake felt in Trinidad and Tobago, SVG – SRC

According to information received from the Seismic Research Centre (SRC), University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad, at 5:42 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, an earthquake of magnitude 6.2 occurred 16.0 km SSE of Scarborough, Trinidad and Tobago.{{more}}

The earthquake was reported as felt in St Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago. The event was located at 11.04°N and 60.70°W, with a depth of 29 km. These results are preliminary and may vary slightly when additional data is processed, a release from the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) said.

So far no damage has been reported by NEMO.
