‘Expressions of Worship: A Purpose-driven Life’

This Friday, November 4, beginning at 7 p.m. at the New Testament Church of God (Lowmans Hill), the Kara Dance Ministry will extend its reach in ministry by facilitating a praise and worship experience, under the theme, ‘The Purpose-driven Life’.

The conception of the event acknowledges that persons were made for worship (Revelation 4:11), service (I Peter 4:10, 11) and missions (Matthew 28:19, 20). In that light,{{more}} the aims of the event are: (a) To encourage Christians to be more deliberate in living a purpose-driven life for God in worship, service and missions and (b) To facilitate a fulfilling worship experience for churches across St Vincent and the Grenadines.

With no admission fee, the event will feature gospel artistes, including the Called Out Worship Team, Jason Providence, Chad Israel Durrant and Naudine Howell, Gary Bynoe of Spoken Word (SVG), HEART Worship Band of the Methodist Church (Kingstown/Chateaubelair Circuit) and dance groups from various churches across St Vincent and the Grenadines. Persons from all denominations are encouraged to join in the momentous worship experience.

The Kara Dance Ministry, housed at the New Testament Church of God, Lowmans Hill, was founded in 1998. Transcending the years, the group has evolved into a full-fledged unisex dance ensemble and has helped many of its members grow spiritually, socially and intellectually through ministry in dance.
