Workers driving to work were greeted by parking lot attendants, who opened their vehicle doors, took their bags, and escorted them to the employee entrance. They were then presented with personalized cards and bags.
The staff was later serenaded by steel pan impresario Rodney Small, who played in the main banking hall, setting the tone for what was to occur later.
Staff members were also treated to snacks and other treats, including a sheet cake, and some won themselves other gifts and prizes.
The festivities later moved to Chill Spot in Arnos Vale, where a dinner, awards and an appreciation ceremony were held for staff.
Business support officer and employee engagement champion Jacintha Hinds indicated that the event was aimed at showing the bankâs appreciation for the hard work and dedication shown by its employees.
She pointed out that the commitment of the staff is reflected by the satisfaction that customers experience on a daily basis.
