The attendees will also be given a tour of the
refurbished Richmond Power Station. In addition, the participants will be offered free blood pressure and blood sugar checks.
The Appreciation Day is part of an ongoing Retiree Appreciation Programme, initiated by VINLEC as a demonstration of the companyâs gratitude to the retirees who have contributed to the development of the company.
The programme also provides retirees with opportunities to interact at numerous other activities organized by the company, including the Family Fun Day and Awards Ceremony. Additionally, staff from the Human Resources Department visit retirees on birthdays to make presentations of gift baskets.
Previous outings included luncheons and tours to Rawacou, Bequia, Black Point and Dark View. The company anticipates that this yearâs event will be successful and exciting, as it will give retirees and employees the opportunity to socialize, share knowledge and exchange ideas.
