Nine finalists in Courts Reading Competiton
The preliminary round of the annual Courts Ministry of Education Reading Competition has been completed with great success.
The nine finalists read their way into the finals from among the 45 students who participated. These nine students performed at the highest level and will compete in the finals on Friday, September 25, at the Frenches House, beginning at 9 a.m.{{more}}
The winner of this segment will represent St Vincent and the Grenadines in the regional finals, slated for Dominica in October, 2015.
Finalists in the Courts/MoE Reading Competition are Joella Campbell of the Spring Village Methodist; Jaydeahleah Chambers of the Barrouallie Government; Nadira Morgan of the Kingstown Preparatory; Caitlin Polius of Windsor Primary; Brianna David of Cane End Government; Kristy Ollivierre of Paget Farm Government; Azarez James of Lauders Primary; Shaquan Sam of Langley Park Government; Janos Lucas of Calliaqua Anglican and Saskia Truchot of Sugar Mill Academy.
