Pamelus Burke Government School holds Career Day

The Pamelus Burke Government School held a Career Day on May 29, 2015. The Career Day was held as the final activity to celebrate Child’s Month, 2015.

The students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 came proudly dressed in their professional wear. The students also had the opportunity to conduct role {{more}}play activities in their classes.

Some of the students portrayed the role of prime minister, principals, teachers, pilots, air stewardess, nurses, doctors, lawyers, police officers, pastor, farmers and van drivers.

Other activities, such as a nutrition quiz and spelling competition, an exhibition of healthy snacks, a motivational talk by Nurse Nash of the Byera Health Clinic and a parenting workshop, were held during the month to add to the celebration of Child’s Month this year.
