Gasoline price up for first time in seven months
The price of gasoline at the pump has increased for the first time in seven months.
Press Secretary to the Prime Minister Hans King announced on radio yesterday that the price of gasoline is up by 28 cents, moving from $10.56 to $10.84, effective yesterday, April 20.{{more}}
The price of low sulphur diesel has, however, been reduced by $1.05, moving from $10.81 to $9.76.
The price of diesel, which presently retails at $10.13 per gallon, remains unchanged.
The changes in price are in line with the Governmentâs three-month rolling average, which reflects the price paid for fuel on the regional market.
