Pan Against Crime Committee, Gospel Fest group to stage concert

The Pan Against Crime Committee, in conjunction with the SVG Gospel Fest South Leeward Zone, will be staging a gospel concert at the Campden Park Playing Field on Saturday, April 18, 2015.

Residents of Campden Park and surrounding areas will be entertained by the Police Band, Vita Malt Symphonix, and the Police Christian Soldiers.{{more}}

Guests performances will be made by Ronnie Richardson, Fidel Taylor and Rodney Small. This event will also feature the best in gospel music from the leeward side of the country.

The Pan Against Crime Programme, the brainchild of Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves, was implemented in several schools and community organizations across the country

on February 20, 2008. The initiative has taken a unique approach to fighting crime by helping young people in the country turn toward a life of music by learning how to play the steel pan.
