Courts donates 20-inch gas stove to LLBTC

The Liberty Lodge Boys Training Centre is the latest institution to benefit from the generosity of the Courts St Vincent Ltd.

Last week, Courts handed over a 20-inch gas stove to the institution, to be used to assist the residents in the preparation of meals while undergoing rehabilitative treatment at the facility.{{more}}

The institution, this country’s lone male juvenile facility, is currently being upgraded through the Juvenile Justice Reform Programme, a collaborative effort between the Ministry of National Mobilization, the OECS Commission and USAID.

This is not the first time that Courts St Vincent Ltd has contributed to the facility.

As recently as December last year, the furniture and appliance store donated equipment and furnishings as part of the upgrade process.

The stove was handed over to staff members by Courts commercial manager Lisa Veira.
