Food vendors asked to register for Garifuna Village

Food vendors interested in preparing and selling local food and drinks at the Garifuna Village at Heritage Square next week, are asked to contact the Garifuna Heritage Foundation.

The Garifuna Village will be held at Heritage Square from March 12 to 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.{{more}}

Food vendors are invited to prepare and sell local food and drinks such as: cassava bread (bam bam); other cassava dishes; black fish; bush tea; chocolate tea; breadfruit and codfish; dishes made out of ground provisions; local juices and creole food.
