Anthology of poems from SVG launched at Havana Book Fair

An anthology of Vincentian poetry, translated into Spanish, was launched at the 2015 Havana International Book Fair last Friday.{{more}}

At the launch, this country’s four-person delegation staged a breakout presentation of the book, with poetry reading by Anthony Theobalds and René Baptiste, pan music by Rodney Small and dancing by Juanita Phillips, before a very receptive audience at the Alejo Carpentier Hall at the Morro Cabaña Fortress in Havana, Cuba.

The local delegation returned to SVG on Sunday, while the book fair runs a full two weeks in Havana before touring all of Cuba’s provinces with its fiesta of literature.
