On Tuesday January 6, JEMS âHope For Homeâ continued its final phase of humanitarianism for the season. The beneficiary of this act of benevolence was the JEMS Pre-school of Enhams. This not-for-profit organization of New York, in its kind gesture, distributed educational items, books, and foodstuff to the pre-school. Children walked away happily with their gift bags.
The force behind this wave of humanitarianism is JEMSâ president Carol Simmons. Simmons collaberated with Annetta Jackson, the current operator of the districtâs pre-school, to make this gesture an overwhelming success.
âThis is our fourth year of philanthropic work,â Simmons stated. âThere is no halt in us,â she continued. âLooking at the joy on the face of our children, it gives us purpose and pride. Today, we are motivated more than ever before.â
