Featured speaker, Fitz Jones, Labour Commissioner, speaking on the theme “Uplifting the Children of Tomorrow,” urged the participants to “be role models for tomorrow’s children, as the present determines the future. He also encouraged them to inculcate in the children what they themselves have learnt from their own lives.”

Lavinia Gunn of the Mustique Charitable Trust, Gwenneth Cambridge, senior education officer, Early Childhood Development, and Janice Fraser, executive director of Vinsave, all offered remarks at the ceremony. The Course Report was presented by Jacqueline Robinson-Massiah, training coordinator. The graduates presented in drama and song.
