Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves yesterday delivered the keynote address at an international conference in Jamaica, which addressed âConstitutional Reform beyond Westminster.â{{more}}
âIâm going to focus my discussion on our attempts at constitutional reform in St Vincent and the Grenadines. People have an interest in what we have tried, what we are seeking to do, the extent to which we were successful, the extent to which we were not successful,â he told journalists on Tuesday, in relation to his address.
The event was held at the University of the West Indies (UWI), and was a collaborative effort of the UWI and the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies.
Gonsalves is expected to return to St Vincent and the Grenadines this evening.(BK)
