‘Patsy’ Hull Ballah dies in NY City
Well-known retired educator Judith âPatsyâ Hull Ballah passed away in New York early on Monday morning.{{more}}
The Ministry of Education, in a release, said Ballah performed several roles during her sojourn with the Ministry of Education, but will be particularly remembered for her pioneering work in the Early Childhood Education sector and the Roving Care Givers Programme for children aged zero to three.
âMrs Ballahâs legacy includes her commitment, dedication to task and general passion for children and she will be remembered as one who laid the foundation for many of the Ministryâs accomplishments in the aforementioned areas,â the release said.
Ballah, originally from Biabou, is survived by one son Rochard, a well-known disc jockey known as âThe Pitbullâ.
