Fast cash for GHS

Fast Cash has promised to help fund the Girls’ High School (GHS) annual fifth form retreat on a yearly basis.{{more}}

Last Wednesday, the moneylending agency made good on their promise during a ceremony at the Peace Memorial Hall, when Headmistress of the GHS Andrea Bowman received an undisclosed amount of money from Kevin Jessamy of Fast Cash.

Bowman said that the donation was very important as funding the school’s annual fifth form retreat is “expensive.”

She added that they were pleased that Fast Cash has made the donation. She also revealed that the company has promised to consistently fund the retreat in the years to come.

In response, Jessamy said their contribution was significant, while stressing that they are committed to funding the retreat on a yearly basis.

He added that Fast Cash is moving away from funding events like Carnival and getting more involved in funding school activities.
