As the nation celebrates Child Month 2014, the centre has been engaged in a number of activities and on Tuesday, May 20, put on an “Open Day and Exhibition,” where parents and guardians were able to interact with the teachers and learn about their children’s development. “Our special guests were the children from the C.W. Prescod Primary kindergarten class and their teachers, who took time out to view the exhibition,” a release from Vinsave said.

Students in the Early Childhood training programme were also present to showcase their work and explain the benefits of Early Childhood education to the visitors.

Visitors were provided with snacks and drinks as they viewed the work of VINSAVE.

VINSAVE celebrated 50 years of service to the nation in July 2013.
