Replacement not yet identified for Deputy Consul General

There is no replacement yet for former deputy consul general Edson Augustus Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has said.{{more}}

“It’s a matter which I have to give more thought,” Gonsalves said on Tuesday.

He, however, noted that there were a couple of people that came to mind.

“There are people who will serve well,” the Prime Minister said.

Augustus was recalled following confirmation of allegations that he was assisting out of status Vincentians residing in New York with securing US Permanent Resident Cards, commonly known as ‘Green Cards’. (DD)
