Earlier this week, Courts announced that it would be repairing television sets, DVD players, computers, laptops, stereos and other electronic items in the areas that were affected by the December flooding.

These items, according to Courts officials, do not necessarily have to have been purchased from Courts or damaged during the rains and flooding.

Courts technical officers are scheduled to be in Chateaubelair at Super Dan’s shop from 9 a.m to 12 noon, and in Rose Bank across from the Learning Resource Centre from 1 p.m to 4 p.m.

Tomorrow, the repair team will be in Spring Village at the playing field from 9 to 12, then in Pembroke at Marty’s from 2 p.m to 5 p.m.

Officials further noted that the repairs are not restricted to those areas alone, but stated that individuals in surrounding communities can bring their items to the central locations for repairs. (JJ)
