Denson Fraser and Kenroy Blugh, players on the Advent Ballers basketball team, are two of a number of players who were invited by the Gracemount Panthers of Edinburgh, Scotland, to play a series of exhibitions in the UK later this year.
The young men say they look forward to accepting this gesture that could lead to professional careers.
Fraser and Blugh, 22 and 23 years old respectively, are seeking sponsorship to take up the challenge, and would be organizing a three on three tournament later next month.
If they make the trip overseas, Fraser and Blugh would play exhibition matches against the top teams in the local and national leagues, and would also be asked to train youngsters in the communities they play.
The ballers who both stand over 6 feet five inches, say that the invitations can open doors to opportunities to have trials on professional teams in Scotland and England.
