Digicel brightens up customers’ Christmas

This year, the company that always gives you more than the other guys wants to brighten your life this Christmas and has therefore launched its 2013 Christmas promotion dubbed “Brighten Someone’s Christmas”.

With this latest promotion, over EC$100,000 in cash and prizes will be won.

A customer is entered in a draw to win prizes and cash during “Brighten Someone’s Christmas” when he/she does a few simple things, that is, top up with $15 or more, become part of the Digicel family (by purchasing a handset or SIM card), pay your postpaid bill by December 20th, activate a data plan or activate the international bundle plan.

Speaking about the Christmas promotion, Juno DeRoche, Marketing manager at Digicel said that during this festive time of the year, Digicel will share and give even more to its valued customers.

She stressed that this Christmas, “Digicel is on a quest to change lives and make memories that will transcend joy, fun and delight with Digicel’s, Brighten Someone’s Christmas promotion”.

DeRoche said that by giving customers a chance to win a share in $100,000 worth of cash and prizes, Digicel will realize many winners and make a difference in many lives.

“Digicel would like to offer a brighter Christmas to many, giving more people the opportunity to have their life changed. For the next five weeks Digicel will reward one lucky customer each day with $2,000 cash,” stressed DeRoche.

She said that, in addition, customers can win weekly prizes, while all social media participants have an opportunity to win great prizes during treasure hunts.

“This promotion is designed with our valued customers and the greater community in mind,” said the Marketing manager.

Qualifying for this promotion couldn’t be simpler. Prepaid customers who top up $15 or more or postpaid customers paying their bill by December 20th in full, prepaid customers who activate any data plan or activate the international bundle plan as well as individuals joining the Digicel family are eligible.

The promotion will see a winner every Monday to Friday, up to December 24th.

“Trendy handset brands are set to tease the interest of customers for Christmas gifts or for that long awaited Christmas android upgrade.”

DeRoche said that one such brand which boasts affordability, innovation, a sleek design and multifunctional specifications is the Digicel’s DL600 and its new sister the DL700. She added that these extraordinary devices have attracted the young and old to android technology.

“Reasonably priced and ready to be bought, this serves as the perfect gift to brighten the day of your loved one for Christmas and beyond,” stressed DeRoche.

“Christmas is about sharing, and being able to brighten the lives of our many loyal customers. We chose a campaign that speaks to our entire customer base across St Vincent and the Grenadines, and engages with each and every one of our valued customers,” said Digicel’s Country manager Sean Latty.

“Digicel’s focus this holiday season will be rewarding more customers, ensuring that we personally touch the lives of many, and make their Christmas season a brighter one. We look forward to our customers sharing in this engagement with us, and in turn brightening the lives of others.”

Winners will receive calls from Digicel representatives live on Hitz FM 103.7 every Monday to Friday at 7.50 a.m.
