Garraway is LIME social media survey winner

Giving feedback on social media is something that people do on a daily basis, but when LIME customer Delroy Garraway gave his “two cents” on the LIME Facebook page (LIME St Vincent and The Grenadines), he wasn’t expecting to be rewarded.{{more}}

Garraway, a resident of Fairbaine Pasture, commented on the impressive service he received during his encounter with a LIME agent, and was randomly selected to receive a Sony Ericsson W890 handset for his participation in the survey.

Pointing out that he has been a LIME customer for as long as he can remember, with no intention to switch, Garraway said that he was surprised to get the call, because he really wasn’t expecting to win anything. He went on to shower LIME with praise for the quality service provided, and also commended the telecommunications provider for the best new rates now on the market.

Corporate Communications and Marketing lead Nikala Williams indicated that apart from phone rates, customers like Garraway can also take advantage of the new low rates being offered by LIME, through the revamped prices on the data packages, where they can receive more data for less money, and can activate the plan of their choice on their handsets, by dialling *129#.

She said that one lucky customer would be chosen every month to receive a prize, just for taking part in the survey.
