Beetle allegedly found in bread

This beetle was found in a loaf of bread bought from a local bakery last week.{{more}}

The mother of the teenager who discovered the insect while slicing the bread on Monday morning, said that it was discovered alive and well, two days after the bread had been baked.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, also did not reveal the identity of the bakery, but called on bakeries to be more vigilant with the products they prepare and sell to customers.
