Harold Hoyte, Chairman of the Nation Publishing Co. Limited, has welcomed the return of Morris, who previously served at the Nation for more than 28 years.

“We are happy for Roy to rejoin the Nation team. It could come at no better time as we mark the 40th anniversary of the Nation newspapers.

“We believe that Roy is well qualified and experienced to take on the enviable role of Editor-in-Chief and he is up to the task of navigating the newspaper product through these challenging times as we continue to reach and serve our audiences and customers via multiple channels and platforms,” Hoyte said.
