No sign of foul play on body discovered in water – Police

Rex Billingy, a 47-year-old labourer of Bequia/ Byera was discovered floating in the sea water at Lower Bay, Bequia, on Saturday.{{more}}

A police report said Billingy was taken to the Port Elizabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival by the District Medical Officer Dr Henry.

The police report said no marks of violence were seen on the body. A post mortem is to be conducted at a later date to ascertain the cause of death.
