Eleven-year-old boy struck by vehicle, investigation on-going – Police

Police are investigating the circumstances of a motor vehicle accident involving motor vehicle PS-411, a car owned and driven by Dorothy Clarke of Ratho Mill and pedestrian Dale Hooper, an 11-year-old student of Fair Hall which occurred along the Villa public road on August 17.{{more}}

According to a police report, Hooper sustained injuries to his face, head and right ankle. He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he was treated and discharged. Motor vehicle PS-411 was slightly damaged.
