Fifteen pre-schools from across the country participated in the “Tots in Marine Life – Exhibition 2013”, one of the many activities that were a part of the month-long celebrations, leading up to Fisherman’s Day.

The chairperson also noted that last year “Tots for Marine Life” was in the form of a show at the Peace Memorial Hall.

With the aid of their teachers, students were expected to create art and craft that depicted this year’s slogan, at the exhibition.

Prizes were given to students schools with outstanding pieces.

Green Valley Pre-School earned first prize, while Imani Pre-School walked away with the second prize. The Vinsave Child Development Centre won third prize.
