Station Sergeant Ballantyne heads Major Crimes Unit

Station Sergeant Hezron Ballantyne is now the new head of the Major Crimes Unit (MCU).{{more}}

SEARCHLIGHT understands that Ballantyne took over the Unit recently following the appointment of former MCU head, Assistant Superintendent Sydney James, as the head of the Criminal Investigations Department.

The police officer, with over 19 years experience, was also recently promoted from the rank of sergeant to station sergeant.
