First Citizens wins Award for Service Excellence 2012

First Citizens Investment Services Limited has received the highest endorsement for its commitment to excellence in service by winning the coveted AWARD FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE when the 2013 St Lucia Business Awards were handed out on January 26.{{more}}

The award ceremony, organised by the St Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, recognised the best in business for 2012. The award show culminated the Nobel Laureate Week in honour of St Lucia’s Sir Arthur Lewis and Derek Walcott.

First Citizens Investment Services Regional Manager Carole Eleuthere Jn. Marie proudly accepted the award and offered “heartfelt thanks to an incredible team for their steadfastness, dedication and commitment to the delivery of superior customer service.”

Jn Marie said the coveted award was won because of the organisation’s belief in service that is solutions driven, creative and innovative, independent, financially savvy and helpful.
