The survey is being carried out by several individuals within communities throughout the country and is being conducted with the use of questionnaires, the NTRC said in a release.

Interviewers will administer the questionnaires and all information received will remain confidential, the NTRC said.

The information gathered from the survey will assist the NTRC in identifying underserved areas and aspects of the telecommunications sector that need upgrading. This will eventually lead to improved telecommunication services and a more enhanced telecommunication sector, the agency further stated.

“The Commission is kindly asking the public to assist the individuals carrying out the survey and wishes to thank everyone in advance who participates for their kind co-operation,” the release said.
