Digicel has once again made members of the media smile.
Last Friday, November 16, during the companyâs âShare a Smile this Christmasâ promotion launch at Heritage Square, members of the media were given early Christmas gifts.{{more}}
The gifts were handed over by the Digi Girls during a festive Christmas launch, which included a performance by Soca Monarch 2012 Gamal âSkinny Fabulousâ Doyle.
Marketing manager at Digicel Juno DeRoche said that every year the company rewards members of the media, as a way of saying thanks for the support given to the company throughout the year.
âWithout the media we would not be able to get our message across, so we just want to give back something to show our appreciation to our media professionals,â said DeRoche.
The gift giving on Friday was the second friendly gesture to the media houses since the Yuletide season began, as on Friday November 2, a number of media houses were treated to breakfast by the telecoms company.
âWe just from the bottom of our hearts want to say thank youâ, said DeRoche.
