Courts customers now have 22 more locations to pay bills

Payment to Courts accounts can now be made at post offices across St Vincent and the Grenadines, following a partnership between the store and the St Vincent and the Grenadines Postal Corporation.

Courts Credit Manager Wendy Edwards said the latest initiative accommodates customers living in rural areas and the Grenadines, and makes it unnecessary for them to travel to the city to settle their accounts.

“Courts has listened to its customers’ cries about the inconvenience caused, when they have to travel to Kingstown just to pay a bill …

“This will greatly benefit customers off the mainland who once had to rely on a day-off from work to come up to make a payment,” she added. “They no longer have to worry about the costs associated with coming into town, like bus fare, lunch, etc.”

Online payments through the Bank of St Vincent and the Grenadines is another means mentioned by Edwards.

Risa Shallow, assistant director of operations and marketing, said the new initiative was the first of its kind for commercial businesses.

“This is a good sign. I am confident that once persons are aware of Courts’ new payment outlets at the post offices, the venture will be to their benefit,” she said.
