Digicel gives more to its customers
Telecommunications company Digicel knows the importance of its customers and as a result, are always seeking ways to reward its valued clientele.{{more}}
On Monday and Tuesday, persons who purchased credit at Digicelâs Flagship store The Cell (Halifax Street) and Pulse (Grenville Street) received Digi treats which include free bonus credit, hats, bandanas and key rings among other things.
The giveaways come on the heels of the telecommunications companyâs latest customer based initiative âFree Weekendsâ.
âFree Weekendsâ was launched on October 12, and is aimed at helping customers get the most out of their money.
Customers can subscribe to âFree Weekendsâ by pressing *134# followed by the send key on any Digicel enabled handset. By doing this, the customer will be provided with an option to select âFree Weekendsâ and once you chose âFree Weekendsâ, all you have to do is press *134*90# and send to activate the âFree Weekendsâ plan. âFree Weekendsâ costs EC$15 and allows customers to talk for free on Digicel to Digicel calls from 12.01 am Friday (morning) to 11.59 pm Sunday (night).
