It is yet to be determined if the heavy rain was responsible for the collapse of this wall, which badly damaged one vehicle (PM 384) and slightly damaged another (PM 584).{{more}}

The incident occurred shortly after 9 a.m. Friday in Paul’s Avenue, where both vehicles were parked.

One eyewitness said he was making his way through the area when he saw one section of the wall collapse.

“After that I backed back,” he said, adding that that was when he saw another section shake and then eventually collapse on to the parked vehicles.

Owner of the property, Brian Dopwell, told SEARCHLIGHT yesterday that his property, including the wall, was subjected to a number of cracks, after heavy equipment had been deployed in the area to do some work.
