The reunion activities are being held in memory of the late Sister Patricia Ann Douglas, the school’s longest serving principal, who died seven years ago in a car accident in Barbados. The reunion will also serve to reconnect friends who have not seen each other in years and provides an opportunity for past students to create strong alumni to assist the school in the future.

Reunion 2012 is also taking place during the school’s 44th anniversary and kicks off this Saturday, July 14, at Rawacou with an all-day beach lime, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Sunday will see one of the highlights of the celebrations, the church service. The service takes place at the St John’s R.C. Church in Mesopotamia, at 4:00 p.m. It will be preceded by a procession, led by the Cadets Band, from Bennett’s Junction in Mespo to the church. This will be followed on Monday with a talent show at the school, at 7:00 p.m.

The other highlights include the Back in Time Dance on Friday, July 20, at Murray Heights Hotel and the Recognition and Awards Gala Dinner on Saturday, July 21st at the St Joseph’s Convent Marriaqua.

In addition to past students, members of the general public are being invited to attend these functions and to support the efforts of the past students’ association, as they seek to assist the school in raising $60,000.00 for its computer project.
