Desrica Black wins Scriptural Search

The Adelphi Secondary School makes it two in a row, as one of its students, Desrica Black, emerged as the Scriptural Search Secondary School Bible Quiz (SSBQ) winner for May. This follows Romano Rogers,{{more}} of the same school, who won in April. Desrica received her prize at the School’s general assembly on Monday, June 11.

Meanwhile, students writing CSEC this year are reminded that to be eligible for the SSBQ Graduate’s Award, they must participate in the quiz on five or more occasions before August. The winner of the award will be the applicant who returns the best results in CSEC for 2012.

This year, the winner of the Graduate’s Award will receive a Kindle Fire. A “Frequent Particpant” award will also be made, and the school from which the most entries was received during the year will also receive a prize.
