Digicel treats Chateau residents
Last Saturday May 19, a number of children and adults from the community of Chateaubelair were treated to a special day by Digicel.{{more}}
A group from the telecommunications company journeyed to Fitz Hughes Chateaubelair where they set up in front Taytayâs Shop for a day of free gifts and handset and credit deals.
The children were treated to face painting and popcorn while the adults were given double bubble on top ups and great deals on a number of cellular phones.
Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche said that Digicel usually does these road shows in an effort to bring their services to persons in the rural communities while the events are also designed to bring joy to the children.
âThe event was a success as the kids enjoyed themselves tremendously especially with the face paintingâ, said DeRoche.
