Comblen, originally from Europe, stated that the abstract art collection features bursts of colour and was inspired by her relationships with others, as well as living in St Vincent.

“There is inspiration, as you can see. I don’t know how to explain it exactly; it is in the atmosphere, in the colours, in the people,” Comblen stated about finding inspiration in St Vincent.

Expanding on how she creates her pieces, Comblen said: “ I don’t create intellectually; it’s a combination of emotions, of reactions to the environment, it’s a combination of my own sensitivity, my past…”

The exhibition will run until Friday, May 18, and is open to the general public.
