Twelve entrants will be selected from the list of applicants, to compete in the ten- level obstacle course, which is expected to test their motherly super powers and skills, while using top brand appliances and accessories from the Furniture and Appliance giants.

Beginning with a baby bump strapped to their stomachs, the first challenge will see them make a baby bottle of milk, which will include setting up the kettle and preparing the formula.

Next, the contestant will make a bed while holding a baby doll, without causing injury to herself or the infant in the process.

Challenge three will see the ‘mother’ changing and dressing the baby after the bed has been made.

They will then move to level four, which entails the removal of clothes from a washer and hanging them on a clothes rack

Following this, they will proceed to iron the clothes provided, and then place them in wardrobes.

They will then pack their refrigerators, according to a photograph showing the order in which it is to be packed; which will be followed by them sweeping or mopping two balls to a designated area in the store.

And if that isn’t enough, the contestants would next be required to whip up a quick meal for their husbands, who are expected to come home from work.

The competitors will be judged on adherence to the time allotted, their creativity, skills, originality, confidence and overall presentation, for a total of 70 points.

Apart from the $2,000 grand prize; participants will receive consolation prizes for competing in the challenge, which is part of Courts’ Mothers Day celebrations.
