SusGren to celebrate Caribbean Endemic Bird Festival

This year Sustainable Grenadines Inc. (SusGren) and the Union Island Environmental Attackers (UIEA) have announced the hosting of several activities throughout the month of May to celebrate the Caribbean Endemic Bird Festival in Union Island.{{more}}

A release from the organizers said the festival is an opportunity for the public to get involved and learn about the importance and benefits of bird conservation.

This year’s them is “Connecting People to Bird Conservation – 20 Ways to Conserve Birds.”

The first activity of the week was a Movie Night with a screening of “Winged Migration” last night at the SusGren office.
