Police: Promoter not wanted

Promoter Mr Matrix is not wanted by the police.

However according to Assistant Superintendent Elton Jackson, Head of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) the Police would like to question him.{{more}}

“But in terms of wanted, that is a very strong word,” ASP Jackson told SEARCHLIGHT.

He also said that if the Police were to receive information that any criminal offences had been committed, then Matrix will become a person of interest.

Matrix has been the centre of controversy following a no show by Jamaican Reggae Artiste ‘Jah Cure’ who was scheduled to perform last Saturday, March 10.

Siccature Alcock, also known as Jah Cure was expected to headline the show dubbed ‘Irresistible Temptation’ but did not make an appearance on stage.

Alcock later, in an official release, apologised to the Vincentian fans indicating that his no-show was “because the promoter did not honour the original signed contract”.
